Carbon fibre sheets are made out of HT carbon fibre prepregs with a transparent epoxy resin matrix in press moulding. The edges of the plates are "rough sawn".
One surface layers consists consist of 3k-fabric style 452 in twill weave 2/2 (fabric prepreg CE 8201-200-45). Depending on sheet thickness the core layer consists of 3k-fabric and/or UD-non-crimp fabric 0°/90° (bidirectional).
This laminated sheet is made up from layers of 240g 2x2 twill weave carbon fibre cloth wetted with epoxy resin and hardener. It has a high gloss and smooth finish on both sides. Available in a range of thicknesses from 1.5mm to 3mm.
Ultra high-quality, visually appealing on both sides.
Tolerances: The sheets are cut to size length and width +/- 1mm, thickness +/- 15%
This laminated sheet is made up of one layer of carbon fibre 240g 2x2 twill weave cloth wetted with epoxy resin and hardener and left to cure, it has a rough bondable even surface on one side and the other side is a high gloss and smooth finish.
Ultra high-quality, visually appealing on one side.
