Here is a photo of my machine on which I have used your glass and epoxy systems. The photo is of my Olympia 463 to 1:3.5 scale.
The whole machine (including open structures) is covered in heavy weight tissue, then covered with Bucks-Composites materials glass cloth and epoxy, before final painting.
A new scale model is under way at present and is to be fully "glassed".
