Description: High quality maximum mould release paste wax Objective: To create a barrier-film that provides multiple releases with ultra high gloss finished parts on new and used moulds.

New and Seasoned Moulds: 

  • Apply by hand 8 coats of Miracle Gloss Mould Release Wax. 
  • Apply a thin coat of wax, wait for approximately 5 to 10 minutes for the wax to haze up.
  • Wipe off the haze using a buffing cloth.
  • Wait for an hour for the wax to fully cure then apply next coat. 

2. Once all 8 coats have been applied, the mould is ready for production. 

3. For the first five (5) pulls add one (1) additional coat between each pull. 

4. After the fifth pull, run mould until release becomes slight snug then apply one (1) additional coat of wax. 

5. When the mould surface has become dull then the mould requires cleaning and re-application of mould release wax.
