Pultruded carbon fibre profiles made from HT carbon fibres (Torayca® T300 or equivalent) that are drawn continuously through a die. This production method causes the fibres to be oriented unidirectionally, i.e. along the length of the pultruded form.

Pultruded carbon-fibre rods from HT carbon fibres (Torayca® T300 or equivalent) and epoxy resin are drawn continuously through a die. This production method causes the fibres to be oriented unidirectionally, i.e. along the length of the pultruded form.

Tubes over 15mm are made with an additional spirally wound layer for optimum strength and are called pullwound tubes.

Type: Pullwound

Pultruded carbon fibre square rods, fibre orientation longitudinal (single direction).
Matrix resin: Vinylester.

Characteristics:
Light weight, high strength, excellent corrosion and heat resistance and electrical conductivity.
